COUNTER BALANCE
Introducing the upgraded Hyundai 9 series 48 volt electric three wheel design counter balance forklifts. The B-9U Series brings customers added value with market leading energy efficiency and enhanced powertrain durabilty. This forklift is unique in that it is also capable of running on a Lithium ion battery with no cost of modifications.
The dual drive motor system consists of two separately controlled brushless AC drive motors. As opposed to a single drive motor forklift, the dual drive motors are more energy efficient and provide smaller turning circles as they operate independently.
The EPS system consists of steering sensor, controller, and steering motor which operate only when steering wheel is turned. So unnecessary energy consumption and noise are eliminated. In addition the sensitivity of the steering can be easily programmed by the operator depending on the application.
Li-ION batteries allow extended hours of continued operation by use of short high-current opportunity charges. They are maintenance free removing the need for watering and cleaning of lead acid batteries and are more energy efficient. With a life span estimated at three times that of a lead acid battery your TCO will be significantly lower compared to lead-acid batteries.
The gradeability ranges from 22%-17% with a max speed of 16.1 km per hour.
The LCD color monitor with 4.3 inch graphic smart display allows the operator to identify speed, travel direction, and operating hours and control the machine efficiently. The load indicator displays the load weight in the monitor. The operator can select various performance modes to meet all working conditions. Multilanguage (maximum 11) is available.
An easily adjustable ergonomic seat provides unmatched comfort and reduces operator fatigue. Energy locking retractor (ELR) seat belt, heater (OPT) and headrest (OPT) & adjustable armrests.
To achieve a comfortable drive position, the angle of the steering column can easily be adjusted through a lever on the right-hand side of the steering column.
The battery compartment is equipped with a side battery removal assembly for easy removal and replacement.
The enhanced brake oil reservoir, located in the upper left dash, is equipped with an electronic level sensor and easily visible through the monitor.
The AC controllers are strategically placed for quick access.
All mast and drive movements stop functioning when the operator is not in the seat.
Exceeding CEE and ANSI regulations, the overhead guard offers great protection combined with excellent all round visibility.
The panoramic mirror expands the driver’s view when backing up.
